No need to be afraid of unfamiliar vegetables. Those are often highest in nutrients!  Eating more vegetables as part of an overall balanced diet can help reduce the risk of heart  disease,  cancer, diabetes,  and other life-altering, life-threatening conditions. I will go to the grocery store with you and show you how to select the freshest vegetables available. If you are unfamiliar with the names of certain vegetables, or how to prepare them, we will incorporate that in to our grocery trip! The more knowledge you have,the more options you have and the better cook you will be! If there are organic options, we will discuss them and create a menu that will be satisfying for you.
