The Body Doctor, LLC is a small business dedicated to the natural well being of humanity.  I am a professional Massage Therapist, a dedicated Healthy Lifestyle Consultant and Vegetable Virtuoso.  My Vegetable Awareness Program, "Get Back to the Garden" brings a variety of vegetables into schools, large groups and private kitchens to teach the magic of eating life sustaining greens, grains and all veggies. In the large group forum I demonstrate a simple cooking method and give all students or group members a taste of what a healthfully prepared vegetable tastes like. I always give out the recipe which encourages the students to make the dish at home. With my private clients I help to create a healthy working environment in their kitchens and give them confidence to shop for and prepare the healthiest foods!
